Chef Silvena Rowe wishes to announce that after two and half wonderful and very productive years with the May Fair Hotel, she is leaving to concentrate on her publishing and TV career. She wishes to express her gratitude for being associated with such a glamorous five star property. It has been an enhancing experience for her career. Ms Rowe wishes Quince restaurant to go from strength to strength and continue to flourish.
